تاریخچه CAF
اولین فوم اطفای حریق در پایان قرن نوزدهم ساخته شدند. با افزودن مواد آلی به آب خاموش کننده، خاموش کننده مدرن مواد در حال سوختن را از اکسیژن جدا کرده و سطح مواد در حال سوختن را در همان زمان خنک می کردند.
از دهه 1920 هوای فشرده برای کف کردن لازم در مخلوط آب و عامل کف کننده استفاده می شد. طی چند دهه بعد، فوم هوای فشرده به روش ترجیحی برای اطفاء حریق، به ویژه در ایالات متحده تبدیل شد. طیفی از کاربردها از آتش سوزی مایع و آتش سوزی جنگل تا آتش سوزی ساختمان متغیر بود.

HISTORY OF CAF
The first foam extinguishers were developed at the end of the 19th century. By adding organic substances to the extinguishing water a floatable extinguishing agent was created that did not roll off smooth surfaces so quickly. These precursors of modern extinguishing foam already separated the burning material from the oxygen and cooled the material surface at the same time.
From the 1920s compressed air was used to achieve the necessary foaming in the mixture of water and foaming agent. Over the next few decade, compressed air foam became the preferred method for firefighting, especially in the USA. The spectrum of applications ranged from liquid fires and forest fires to building fires.
In Europe compressed air foam took a little longer to establish itself as an extinguishing agent. It was not until the mid-1990s that compressed air foam systems became rapidly popular in mobile and stationary firefighting for all kinds of fires.
Since 1995 One Seven has specialize din the development and production of compressed air foam systems and the special One Seven® extinguishing foam – making One Seven one of the companies with the longest experience in this segment of fire fighting in Germany.

در فرآیند ثبت اختراع One Seven®، عامل کف کننده One Seven® بسته به جریان حجمی با آب مخلوط می شود. این مخلوط با هوای فشرده در فوم ژنراتور One Seven® کف می شود. بدین ترتیب هفت قسمت فوم از یک قسمت آب تولید می شود. این به طور قابل توجهی سطح مؤثر عامل خاموش کننده را افزایش می دهد که به اطفاء حریق سریع و کارآمد کمک می کند.

SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY
The unique One Seven technology was developed in close cooperation with science and practice. One Seven has participated in numerous scientific studies on the effectiveness of extinguishing agents and the generation of compressed air foam. The scientific results determined by neutral institutes and universities are an important basis for today’s One Seven system technology. The feedback from fire departments from thousands of operations is also an important criterion for us for the further development and permanent optimization of our systems. The result of this research and development work are absolutely reliable systems which produce compressed air foam with an optimum expansion ratio and an optimum foam structure. We can proudly claim that the One Seven technology in combination with the One Seven foaming agents produces the world’s best extinguishing foam with the highest extinguishing efficiency.
In the patented One Seven® process the One Seven® foaming agent is mixed into water depending on the volume flow. This mixture is foamed with compressed air in One Seven® foam generators. Hereby seven parts of foam are produced from one part of water. This significantly increases the effective surface of the extinguishing agent which contributes to particularly fast and efficient firefighting.
The generation of One Seven compressed air foam is controlled automatically. The flow ratios, foaming agent quantity, foaming agent consistency and compressed air are permanently monitored. If parameters change due to altered influencing factors as temperature or discharged flow rate the system is adjusted immediately. The result is an always constant, reproducible foam quality which is characterized by a particularly homogeneous and fine bubble structure. This foam structure leads to unmatched positive effects in firefighting.
The production of One Seven® compressed air foam consumes considerably less water than other extinguishing processes. This means that the water supply can be made smaller or the operating times with conventional tanks can be extended. Due to the low water consumption damages caused by extinguishing water are reduced and less contaminated extinguishing water has to be disposed.

نکته: اگر فوم خاموش کننده سفید برای مدت طولانی تری به سطحی بچسبد، دمای این سطح زیر 100 درجه سانتیگراد باشد – چون آب موجود در فوم تبخیر نمی شود، کف پایدار است. اگر کف خاموش کننده حل شد، دما همچنان بالای 100 درجه سانتیگراد است – دوباره اسپری کنید!
حالت عملیات
فوم خاموش کننده One Seven دارای چندین اثر است که منجر به نتایج بسیار مؤثر و مطمئنی در تعامل آنها می شود:
خنک کننده: آب موجود در فوم خاموش کننده تبخیر می شود و در نتیجه انرژی گرمایی را از آتش خارج می کند.
جداسازی: پوششی از فوم مواد در حال سوختن را از اکسیژن موجود در هوا جدا می کند و در نتیجه آتش را خاموش می کند.
ایزوله: پتو فوم از تبخیر گازهای قابل اشتعال از مواد داغ جلوگیری می کند. این امر به ویژه برای آتش سوزی های مایع مهم است.
عایق: فوم خاموش کننده هادی حرارت بدی است. بنابراین یک لایه فوم که به سطوح داغ می‌چسبد، محیط را از گرما محافظت می‌کند. به همین ترتیب سطوح قابل اشتعال را می توان با تابش گرما از اشتعال محافظت کرد.
UNMATCHED ADHESION.
The adhesion of extinguishing foam is a decisive criterion when it comes to rapid extinguishing success, avoiding of reignition and protection of the fire environment. If the extinguishing foam adheres to the material long-term this has several important effects:
Long-term cooling
Intensive penetration
Suppression of pyrolysis gas
Seperation from oxygen
HINT: If white extinguishing foam adheses to a surface for a longer time the temperature of this surface is below 100°C – because the water contained in the foam does not evaporate, the foam is stable. If the extinguishing foam dissolves the temperature is still over 100°C – re-spray!
MODE OF OPERATION
One Seven extinguishing foam has several effects, which lead to very effective and secure results in their interaction:
COOLING: The water contained in the extinguishing foam evaporates and thus withdraws heat energy from the fire.
SEPARATION: The blanket of foam separates the burning material from the oxygen in the air and thus smothers the fire.
ISOLATION: The foam blanket prevents the evaporation of flammable gases from the hot material. This is especially relevant for liquid fires.
INSULATING: Extinguishing foam is a bad heat conductor. A foam layer adhering to hot surfaces therefore shields the environment from heat. Likewise inflammable surfaces can be protected from ignition by heat radiation.
