FIRE ENGINE
One Seven® stands for an ingenious, highly effective compressed air foam technology that was already in its first generation able to convert a drop of water into seven drops of highly effective extinguishing foam. To this day One Seven® CAF systems are superior in terms of efficiency, safety and extinguishing speed for all kinds of fires. But real quality requires more than sophisticated technology. That is why you and your individual needs and wishes are always in the centre of our planning: we provide comprehensive advice and configure your system according to your specifications. You decide which solution suits your tasks best.
On the one hand we install our modular systems in fire engines of your choice. One Seven® is independent of body manufacturers. Our systems are usually driven by the power take-off of the vehicle. Other types of drive, e.g. hydraulic or self-contained, are also available. On the other hand we offer self-contained retrofit systems and vehicle-independent solutions that have their own combustion engine. This means that older vehicles can also be converted to modern compressed air foam systems or extended with self-contained systems on trailers and loading areas.

BUILT-IN SYSTEMS: FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS FOR NEW VEHICLES
One Seven® built-in systems are modular, easy to install and extremely reliable with minimum maintenance. They offer all the advantages of the One Seven® technology and can be configured individually to meet your requirements. Installation is possible in all fire engines of any body manufacturer, e.g. in standard fire engines, in industrial vehicles, in forest fire vehicles or in airport firefighting tankers.
Our built-in systems meet the highest safety requirements. They are completely electronically controlled by means of a PLC and are connected to the vehicle and pump via the innovative CAN bus technology. This technology allows the proven One Seven® one-button operation which enables extremely quick and easy work and helps to avoid operating errors in stressful situations.
All relevant system parameters are controlled and monitored via a touch screen. This screen can be integrated into the pump control panel or installed separately. In addition the pump and PTO controls can also be fully integrated into the One Seven control panel. Because individual configurability is important to us we add further functions to the basic touch screen software on request.

RETROFIT SYSTEMS: THE WELL-PRICED SOLUTION FOR MUNICIPAL APPLICATION
Unmatched extinguishing speed, optimum moisture penetration, economical water and foam consumption, low environmental pollution, hardly any damages by extinguishing water, high safety due to high throwing distances, stress-safe one-button operation: One Seven® systems can really improve the working conditions and results of municipal fire brigades. To enable modern firefighting also for municipalities that have limited budgets for their fire brigades One Seven® offers retrofit systems for existing fire engines.
One Seven® retrofit systems are independent of a PTO clutch and can be installed in any vehicle regardless of the manufacturer – at any accessible point in the vehicle and according to your individual requirements. Only a connection to the vehicle pump needs to be established for installation of a One Seven® retrofit system. The systems consist of an installation frame which contains its own motor, a compressor, a proportioner and a compact foam generator. They are also controlled and monitored with the proven one-button technology so that they are quickly ready for use and can be operated safely even under hectic operating conditions.

SELF CONTAINED SYSTEMS: MOBILE SOLUTIONS FOR FLEXIBLE OPERATION
The flexible One Seven® technology unfolds its qualities particularly in special operation scenarios. We have developed completely independent self-contained systems that can be transported in any vehicle or trailer in order to make them mobile and usable beyond fire engines.
Different system sizes with different performances are available. Typical applications are the upgrading of fast intervention vehicles, technical support vehicles or multi-purpose vehicles.
